Mark as Useful Apparently it's a telemarketing/survey company in Quebec called Klien Tel.
They've called me 4 times in the past 2 days, however I'm always at work.
The other reports I've read have said numerous things.. they other try to sell you something, or just breathe and hang up as soon as the call is answered.
I am getting -VERY- fucking annoyed.

Mark as Useful I agree above what this person wrote also. I am getting calls from this number on a daily basis to my mobile phone and this has been an on-going problem.
This needs to be reported immediately to the local authorities.
